Bobby Hodge was a true professional throughout our E2 Black purchase. Our previous Rainbow was gifted to our daughter. We'd tried several vaccums since then, Dyson twice and some other knockoff that were terrible and high maintenance. Not sure why it took so long to come back to a Rainbow but we are so glad we did. This man just drove from Biloxi to picayune in less than 2 hrs of me calling him. I have never experienced better customer service in my life. His prices are extremely fair, he is very knowledgeable about these rainbows. I used to sell them, he showed me things I never even knew about them. He did not just come, fix it and leave, he took his time going through the machine and explaining the do's and don'ts.
